Pong Out 2 splits the screen into two playfields. One side shows Pong. The other shows Breakout. You move a paddle up and down for the volley and left to right for the brick wall. You keep balls in play and smash bricks at the same time. A ball past your paddle ends a round. Points add up as long as balls stay alive.

Power ups appear during play. Some speed your paddle. Others spawn extra balls. These boosts change each match. They help clear more bricks and keep the volley going. Controls rely on the mouse. Moving left and right handles the brick wall side. Pushing up and down handles the volley side. Anyone can learn basic moves fast. Few master both controls simultaneously.

Pong Out 2 uses retro pixel art with sharper sprites than its predecessor. Colors stand out on each stage. Sound effects recall arcade cabinets.
