Hired Heroes puts players in charge of a squad defending a realm from invading monsters. The roster offers archers firing from afar. Warriors soak up hits at the front line. Magic users deliver elemental strikes. Each fighter takes a place on a tiled battlefield. Foes crash against defenses in numerous waves. Victory grants points that fuel hero growth.

Skill sets differ across fighters. Archers pick off targets at range. Warriors deal heavy blows in melee. Spellcasters rain fire or ice on clusters of monsters. After each skirmish you earn points to boost health, attack and special skills. Rank growth opens new abilities.
